Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your jewelry needs. 
We process orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Please allow 24 hours for receiving and processing and or an update on your order. 
All orders are shipped out on business days only.
No orders are processed on weekends or holidays. 
Please ensure that all spelling is correct when entering all information. Especially address and email. All order information is emailed to the one you provide. 
If an error or typo occurs please contact us ASAP so it can be corrected prior to processing. Once label is processed and the package is dropped off at post office it is out of our control and no correction or refund is available. 
Insurance for your package is available for an additional cost and recommended for the safety of your order. 
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. *If packages are lost, missing or stolen it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to contact the USPS OFFICE. 
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ONCE THE PACKAGE IS DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE WE NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL AND ARE NOT ABLE TO TRACK FURTHER THAN THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED.
